Every deadline for every company, on one timeline.

Type a company name. We read the public Companies House record and lay out the year: accounts, the corporation tax payment (it lands before the filing deadlines), the CT600 and the confirmation statement. Got more than one company? Add them all and download one calendar. Free, no signup.

The name or number you type is sent to Companies House to fetch the public record; nothing else leaves your browser.

Why the payment date comes first

Three clocks run from your accounting year end, and the odd one out is the money: corporation tax is due 9 months and 1 day after the year end, your accounts are due at Companies House at 9 months, but the CT600 return is not due at HMRC until 12 months. Most people assume the return comes before the payment; it is the other way round, and that is what catches companies out. A long first period after incorporation is split into two returns with two payment dates.

Late accounts at Companies House start at a £200 fixed penalty and grow. If your year has ended you can file the whole thing today: start your return. £19 per trading company per year, £10 dormant, no VAT is added, and the price never goes up.
