The cheapest way to file your landlord company's tax return. And the price never goes up.
Everything, not a teaser:
Pay when you file. Nothing up front, no card until your return is ready to go. Renewal works by a payment link we email you before your next filing is due: no auto-renewal, no card kept on file, no subscription trap. £19 covers one company for one year, every return that year needs. More companies? £19 each. No cap, no account fee.
No VAT is added. That matters more here than most places: residential rent is a VAT-exempt supply, so a landlord company can't reclaim VAT. When other software says "+VAT", that's a real 20% on top for you. Our price is the price.
Start the 60-second checkA dormant company still has filings: dormant accounts, a nil return if HMRC asks for one, and its deadlines to keep. £10 does the lot, with every date tracked; no VAT is added. Fair warning in your favour: until April 2028 you can file dormant accounts yourself free at Companies House, and we'll tell you so. From April 2028 the law requires software for everyone. When your company starts trading, it becomes a £19 company like the rest.
Refer two landlords and your next year is free. After you file, you get a personal referral code. When two other companies file with it entered, your next filing costs nothing. Their price doesn't change, and there's nothing for them to do but file.
✓ If a paid filing cannot be submitted to HMRC through FileMyRent, you get the full fee back. That's the promise: you never pay for a filing that didn't happen. (What we can't and don't promise: that HMRC won't have questions about figures you entered. The declaration on the return is yours, and we're software, not accountants.)
